XRAY SHARK® Bulkflow

XRAY SHARK® Bulkflow is a X-Ray system designed for unpackaged bulk products. The products flow continuously down the conveyor (or pipeline). The system scans continuously and captures the images a frame at a time. These frames are then analysed, and the reject signal transferred to the output, depending where on where the contaminant is in the image frame. It is possible to have a series of rejects on a bulkflow system – for example you can have a drop-flap reject mechanism with 4 or 8 reject flaps. 。

XRAY SHARK® XPB Wide X-Ray Scanner

XRAY SHARK® XPB Wide X-Ray Scanner has been desinged for inspection of transformer boards, and other boards, felts, webs. The high-performance line array x-ray camera has a very high photosensitivity. Therefore, it is able to detect very small contaminants and bigger contaminants more likely.

Combination of several x-ray generators, collimators and detectors, with the image processing unit, the system is using the xray software package for Windows computer with 15“ touch screen, Ethernet network. Analysed data are stored. Safety devices are mounted to prevent leakage, with flexible lead curtains at aperture openings as well. All are integrated in a single machine cabinet (steelwork) with aperture opening. Batch report by laser printer with Ethernet link can be produced with push button „Print Report“.

The SHARKNET®-2 Software networks all METAL SHARK® metal detectors, checkweigher and x-ray with one Windows computer. SHARKNET®-2 simplifies reporting for HACCP, GMP, BRC and IFS compliance. The software collects all the required data and prints out any user defined report requests.

Report functions in Windows and Printing: IFS/HACCP/GMP/BRC Report, parameter sheet, graphic and text report of metal events with metal detectors. Batch and average weight reports with checkweighers.
